Warum das alles im Allgäu?
Allgäu is an old Alemannic (the tribe settling in the far-South-Western corner of Germany) expression for a softly sculptured Alpine Region extending from the Lech river towards Switzerland. The work abroad and many friends scattered all over created the idea to live (at least sometimes) in a place that can actually energise. The experiment started in 1987, and over more than 30 years it became reality. The Place is called Weiler, a word derived from the Latin „villa“ and describing a hamlet and small community. Space and peace in the countryside, adorned with phantastic people as neighbours helped to convert it into an inspiration for friends and family.
